Account Setup & First Login

Creating a NitroShock account takes an email address and one click. There is no password: you sign in with a link or a code sent to your email.

Create Your Account

1. Go to nitroshock.ai/sign-up and stay on the Free Account tab.
2. Enter your Email Address and click Create Free Account. No card is needed.
3. Open the activation email from NitroShock (sent from noreply@nitroshock.ai) and click the link. It works for 24 hours.
4. On the page that opens, click the Activate button. Your account is created with free starter credits and you land in your dashboard, already signed in.

The activation page asks for that one click on purpose, so email security scanners that open links automatically cannot use up your activation.

Already have an account? Entering an email that is already registered does not create a second account; NitroShock emails you a sign-in link instead.

Buying straight away? The Buy Credits tab on the same page takes your email and card together and creates the account as part of the purchase.

Signing In Later

Go to nitroshock.ai/login, enter your email and choose either tab:

• Magic Link - click Send Magic Link, then the link in the email.
• 6-Digit Code - click Send Code, then type the code and click Verify & Sign In. Use this if your email provider or company scanner breaks links.

Links and codes work for 10 minutes. Once signed in, you stay signed in on that browser for 30 days. Sign Out is in the menu under your avatar at the top right.

Create Your First Project

A project is one website. On an empty dashboard, click Create Your First Project (later, New Project) and fill in:

• Project Name and Domain (without http://).
• Optionally a description, the country, region and city you want rankings checked from, and the language.

The form shows the cost before you click Create Project. A guided setup then starts and walks you through the rest of setting up the project. You can come back to it from the Guided setup card on the project's Overview tab.

FAQ

I didn't get the email.

Check your spam or promotions folder and add noreply@nitroshock.ai to your contacts. Make sure the address is spelled correctly, then send it again. If you have requested several emails in a short time, wait 15 minutes; see Account Access Issues.

Do I need a password?

No. NitroShock accounts sign in with emailed links or codes only.

Can I change my email address later?

Not from the dashboard. Email support@nitroshock.ai from your current address.
