Uncover what's really happening with your AI.
Ask the question a customer would ask, and see whether AI engines name your brand in the answer. Free, no account.
Create a free project to track AI visibility weekly, watch competitors, and turn gaps into content that wins the answer.
Create a ProjectEnter a brand and a question someone in your market would actually type, and the checker queries AI engines and reports whether you appear in the answer, which competitors appear instead, and where the engine says it got its information.
The unit here is the brand, not a page. That distinction matters because the two problems have different fixes. If your brand never comes up, no amount of editing a single page will change it. If your brand comes up but the engine cites a competitor's article about you, that is a content problem with a specific address.

Two absences and one mention is a normal first result and it is more useful than it looks. Being named fourth of six in one engine means you exist in the relevant category and are not being recommended first. Being absent from the other two means those engines have no reason to associate your brand with that question at all.
The source column is the actionable part. Perplexity cited a pricing page, which means the engine found a page that lists what you do but not one that argues why you are the right answer. That is a content gap with a URL attached.
The common reasons are unglamorous. There is no page on your site that answers the question in the words a customer would use. The pages that do exist are written as feature lists rather than as answers. Third-party sources that AI engines trust, comparison sites, forums, industry roundups, do not mention you. Or your robots file blocks the crawlers those engines use, which is a setting somebody chose once and forgot.
None of those are fixed quickly, and anyone promising otherwise is selling something. What the checker gives you is a baseline and a list of prompts worth watching.
Do results change between runs?
Yes. These systems are non-deterministic and their indexes update. Treat one run as a sample, not a measurement.
Does being mentioned send traffic?
Sometimes, through a citation link. Often the value is the mention itself, which is closer to how a recommendation works than how a search result works.
Can I check several prompts at once?
The free checker runs one prompt at a time. Watching a set of prompts over time is what the tracker inside a project does.
Is this tool free?
Yes, one prompt at a time, no account.
A single check tells you where you stand today. Tracking the same prompts over time is what shows whether anything you did moved it.
