Refund Policy

Short version: try everything free first, then buy only what you'll use. Because you can fully evaluate the platform before spending anything, purchases are final.

Why we don't offer refunds

NitroShock is built so you never have to buy blind. Every new account includes 25 free credits that work on any tool on the platform, with no credit card required. Sixteen free tools run without using credits at all. Our WordPress plugins offer free versions you can install and evaluate before purchasing. And credits never expire, so there is no pressure to buy more than you need or to use them by a deadline.

Because of this, all purchases of credit bundles and software licenses are final. Test with the free credits, buy the smallest bundle that fits, and top up whenever you actually need more. That's the whole model: pay for what you use, starting only when you're sure.

Exceptions we will always fix

Billing mistakes are different from change-of-mind, and we correct them promptly. Contact us and we will resolve: duplicate charges for the same purchase, a charge that doesn't match the price shown at checkout, credits purchased but not delivered to your account, and unauthorized transactions on your payment method. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Before you dispute a charge

If something looks wrong on your statement, contact us first at support@nitroshock.ai with the email on your account and the approximate charge date. Billing issues are usually resolved within one business day, which is faster than a card dispute and keeps your account in good standing.

Software licenses

Plugin purchases are one-time licenses delivered digitally and immediately. Because free versions exist for evaluation and delivery is instant, license purchases are final once the software has been made available to you. If a plugin fails to function as described and our support can't resolve it, contact us; we stand behind the software working as advertised.
