AI Cite is NitroShock's AI visibility suite: it tracks where AI answers mention and cite your site, shows which of your pages the AI engines actually use, and finds the queries where an AI Overview exists that you could be part of. The AI Cite Dashboard

Your project's AI Cite dashboard is the home surface. It shows:

• KPI cards - total mentions, your visibility score, your top platform, and when the last scan ran.
• Platform distribution - mentions split between ChatGPT and Google AI Overview.
• Cited pages - the URLs on your site that AI answers actually reference. This is your AI-facing content portfolio.

Finding AIO Opportunities

The AI Overview Opportunity Finder works the discovery side: give it keywords and it checks which ones trigger an AI Overview and who gets cited, at 0.6 credits per keyword analyzed. Combine it with the Rank Tracker's AIO column (captured free on every rank check) and the Prospects tab's AIO gaps, and you have the full loop: discover where AI answers exist, see who owns them, and target the ones worth contesting.

Reporting AI Visibility

The AI Mentions report type in your project's Reports tab renders your AI visibility over a selected period as a branded PDF - schedulable like any other report, so clients see the AI story alongside rankings.

Improving Your Citations

Getting cited is part authority, part structure. The pages AI engines cite tend to answer specific questions directly and cleanly. Work through Content Structure for AIO for the structural side, and use your Cited Pages list as the template: what the AI already likes from your site is the best evidence of what to produce more of.

How is this different from the AIO column in the Rank Tracker?
The AIO column tracks Google AI Overview citations for keywords you track, free with each check. AI Cite tracks mentions of your site across AI platforms regardless of which keywords you track, plus the pages being cited.

What does ongoing tracking cost?
After the 3-credit initial scan, the weekly refresh is 1 credit - about 4 credits a month per project.
