Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard at nitroshock.ai/dashboard has seven tabs: Projects, Tools, Reports, Branding, Billing, Team and Settings. Each project opens its own workspace with tabs for rank tracking, site audits, competitors and the other project tools.
Your account dashboard at nitroshock.ai/dashboard is where you create and open projects, run tools, manage reports and branding, buy credits, and manage your team. Each project then has its own workspace with tabs for rank tracking, site audits, competitors and the rest of the project tools.
The Account Dashboard Tabs
The dashboard has seven tabs. Projects opens by default, and each tab has its own address, so you can bookmark or share a link such as /dashboard/#billing.
- Projects - your projects, account totals and quick links (details below).
- Tools - every NitroShock tool in two groups: Free Tools, which need no credits and open in a new tab, and Premium Tools, which use credits.
- Reports - scheduled reports (create, edit, pause, delete or run now) and your report history, filterable by project and report type.
- Branding - the branding profiles that put your logo, colors and agency details on report PDFs.
- Billing - your balance, credit usage this month, credit packages, Auto-Refill and your transaction history.
- Team - create an organization, invite members and manage their roles.
- Settings - your profile, your API key and your low-credit alert.
The Projects Tab
The top of the tab shows three totals: Total Credits, Keywords Tracked and Projects.
Project cards. Each project shows its name, domain, number of keywords and average position, plus backlinks and AI mentions once the project has any. Projects are listed newest first. A project with no keywords yet shows Start Setup; otherwise the button is Open Project. The Edit and Delete icons on a card change or remove the project.
Creating a project. Click New Project (or Create Your First Project on an empty account). A project needs a name and a domain; description, country, state or region, city and language are optional and set the project's search location. The form shows the cost before you click Create Project.
Sidebar. A Quick Actions card links to New Project, Buy Credits, the tools and Settings, and a Credit Usage chart compares what you have used this month with what remains.
Inside a Project
Opening a project takes you to its workspace at /project/{id}. The navigation across the top has these tabs:
| Tab | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Overview | Project totals, Domain Intelligence (domain strength, AI visibility, robots.txt and llms.txt, link profile, organic performance), top keywords and recent content |
| Keywords | Keyword research and keyword lists for the project |
| Rank Tracker | Positions over time for your tracked keywords |
| Site Audit | Technical and on-page audits of the project's site |
| Competitors | Competitor discovery and tracking |
| AI Writer | The Content Writer |
| AI Cite | Brand mentions and citations in AI answers |
| Prospects | Keyword, content and AI Overview gaps against competitors |
| Backlinks | The project's backlink audit, toxicity and monitoring |
| Intel | Search Console Intelligence |
| Reports | Reports for this project |
| Settings | Project name, domain, location, language, branding profile, and deleting the project |
If you have more than one project, a project dropdown in the workspace header switches between them, and All Projects takes you back to the dashboard. The Domain Intelligence scan on the Overview tab is free the first time; refreshing it later uses credits, and the button shows how many.
Your Credit Balance
Your balance shows in the site header on every page and links to the Billing tab. It turns red when it gets low. If you belong to an organization that shares one credit pool, a team icon appears next to it.
Low-credit alert. In Settings you can set the balance at which NitroShock emails you. The email goes out once when your balance drops below that level and resets when you add credits. If you leave it unset, your Auto-Refill threshold is used instead.
Auto-Refill. On the Billing tab you can save a payment method and have a package bought automatically when your balance falls below a threshold you choose.
Transaction history. The Billing tab lists every purchase and charge, with type and date filters, sortable columns and CSV export.
Teams and Roles
Anyone can create an organization from the Team tab and invite people to it. Everyone in the organization spends from one shared credit pool. There are three roles:
- User - works on the projects assigned to them and can create new projects. Users cannot delete projects, manage members or see the Billing tab.
- Manager - invites members, creates and deletes projects, assigns people to projects, and sees Billing read-only (balance, usage and history). Managers cannot buy credits, change roles or remove members.
- Administrator - everything, including buying credits, Auto-Refill, payment methods, changing roles and removing members. Only an administrator can make someone else an administrator.
FAQ
What happens when I run out of credits?
Everything you already have stays viewable: projects, ranking history, audits and reports. Actions that cost credits are refused until you top up, and the tool tells you so. Scheduled rank checks pause and the Rank Tracker shows that auto-refresh is paused until credits are added.
Can I search or sort my project list?
Not yet. Projects are listed newest first. With more than one project, use the dropdown in a project's header to jump straight to another.
Can I change my email address?
Not from the dashboard. Your email is shown read-only in Settings; contact support to change it.
Where do I get my API key?
Settings, under API Access. You can copy it or regenerate it there.
