NitroImg v1.4.0 - WebP in the editor and on save

Converted images now stay WebP through the editor and when pages are saved.

Editor and media library

• WebP in the image picker - the media library, block editor and page-builder image picker now return WebP URLs for converted images, so an image inserted through the editor no longer bakes in the original JPEG or PNG.

Save-time rewrite

• Post-save WebP swap - images added to a page after its attachment was converted are swapped to WebP automatically when the page is saved.
• Safe by construction - a URL is only swapped when the matching WebP is already on disk, so it can never create a broken image, and it uses no credits.
