NitroImg v1.3.0 - Convert Content Image URLs

A tool for pages built after their images were converted.

Content Image URLs

• Rewrite baked JPEG URLs to WebP - an image dropped into a page after that page was converted keeps its JPEG URL, so the page serves the un-optimised original. A new Settings tool scans every converted image and rewrites those URLs to WebP.
• Safe by construction - it only rewrites a URL when the matching WebP is already on disk, so it can never create a broken image, and it uses no credits.
