ShockMeta v1.3.0 - Archives in the Sitemap

Category, tag and author archives join the XML sitemap, and the archive noindex setting finally does what it says.

Sitemap

• Taxonomy archives included - category, tag and custom taxonomy archives are now in the sitemap, one child sitemap per taxonomy (sitemap-tax-category.xml and so on). Every term with published content is listed, with a last-modified date taken from the newest item in it. Taxonomies are detected automatically, the way post types are, and each one has its own switch under Settings, Sitemap. Only taxonomies attached to a post type that is itself in the sitemap are included, so archives of content you have left out stay out too.
• Author archives included - sitemap-author.xml lists every author with published content. It has its own switch, and it is left out automatically when author archives are noindexed under Robots.

Robots

• Archive noindex now applies - the setting for noindexing archives has been on the Robots screen since the first release but was never applied, so ticking it changed nothing. It now noindexes category, tag and taxonomy archives, and those archives are then left out of the sitemap as well, so the two settings can never contradict each other.
