PostGate v1.2.3 - Per-Site Licensing

Gating is now tied to a per-site licence, and a visitor blocked from a post can no longer reach its comments.

Licensing

• Per-site activation - gating only applies on activated sites. An unactivated site restricts nothing, so activate each domain you want gated.
• Editor notice - the editor now says when the site is not activated, instead of letting you configure gating that will not apply.

Fixes

• Comments respect the gate - a visitor blocked from a restricted post could still read and submit comments on it.
• Version reconciled - the plugin header and internal version constant were out of sync.
