Aligns the credit-usage path with the new platform-authoritative model.

Credit System

• Platform postback for all deductions - when the AuthHelper fast path is unavailable, log_credit_usage() now posts to /wp-json/nitroshock/v1/use-credits on the platform instead of writing a local-only ledger row. Every credit spend ends up in the canonical transaction log.
• No client-supplied balances - the plugin never sends a precomputed new_balance; the platform calculates and returns the authoritative value.
